  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Full payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments can be made via EFT or cash.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled work.
  • Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Clients must ensure safe access to the property and removal area.
  • Any existing underground cables, pipes, or utilities must be disclosed before work begins.
